A very powerful way to work with Mamacita is one-on-one with Shelleerae.
You prepare your body, mind and spirit like you would for an overnight Ceremony (diet, intention).
We spend some time talking about the table ceremony, speak our intentions and then partake with Mamacita.
You then receive 3-hours of energy/body/shamanic work on the massage table from Shelleerae.
Typically the process is complete inside of 4 to 6 hours.

I would like to take a minute and tell you about the wonderful Table Ceremony with Shelleerae. About half way though the session I became aware of seeing blue green meridians about two inches from her body. They traveled up around her body and met at the top of head. Even more astonishing was a constant flow of energy that looked like electricity, brilliant blue white, traveling from her core up through the top of head. I assumed it must be kundalini energy - it was brilliant. ...it was a fabulous experience and I am looking forward to the next time I am able to work with Shelleerae. Private sessions with Shellee Rae are available by phone, Skype, and in-person ~ $110 per hour (speak to me if you need a sliding-scale).
