TRANSFER/REFUND POLICY: All ceremony deposits are non-refundable. A one-time transfer of 50% of your payment is available if you give at least 14 days’ notice before your EXECUTIVE RETREAT DATE. If less than 14 days, transfer of payment is no longer available. All payments expire after the first transfer or, if unused, one year from date of initial payment (they will then be transferred to the ROLM scholarship fund).

This Executive Retreat is open to the public with prior approval required – contact us for details. These ceremonies, are held on Friday and Saturday nights; we ask that you commit to both ceremonies. The retreat offers an array of amenities: private and semi-private sleeping quarters, exquisite meals, multiple integration support sessions, sauna, cold plunge, swimming, and a hot tub. Comfy pads for ceremony include sheets, blankets, and pillows.

Overnight ceremonies commence at 4:30 pm and conclude around 12:00 pm the following day after a shared breakfast and circle of reflections. To secure a spot, we ask for the full donation $2575 in advance. These retreats are led by Shellee Rae with support from a proficient team of Guardians.
