Busily Buzzing About

Busily Buzzing About

Dear Blessed One,

The natural process of life is always affirming itself. When we get out of the way, allow the natural unfolding to unfold naturally, we are constantly being guided to the next most perfect (albeit sometimes difficult) moment. This dance of life is the infinite evolution of spirit through form. Witness and allow its wondrous ways!

If you cut yourself, you don’t need to tell blood to clot now; blood knows how to coagulate without interference. That life wisdom works everywhere and it knows what is needed in each moment and all situations.

Remember surrender in every breath, every moment. Surrender does not mean giving up or giving in. Surrender is resting and not fighting with whatever is showing up in life (even the “fighter”). It is a softer meeting of every event, situation, feeling. It’s a dropping in and asking Life from a state of rest, “How shall I respond to this?” When you meet life’s expressions in this way, wisdom from your higher essence can guide and offer fresh remedies and creative solutions.

The mind is constantly broadcasting old news. Stop paying attention to it. Put your focus elsewhere.

All is well. Whatever you’re experiencing is serving a purpose. If it burns, watch what arises from the ashes. Burn, fight, moan, laugh, cry, scream. When we let energy have expression, release, it is allowed the very freedom it seeks and integration happens.

Life is a self-correcting system. Whenever we veer too far left, we are then directed to the right. This motion is like over-steering when you’re learning to drive. Eventually the sweet spot in steering is found. Blunders and mishaps are like over-steering. They’re part of the process of finding balance, center, the sweet spot.

Before landing in stillness, losing my mind was my greatest fear. I could see after I lost my mind that it was actually the mind that was crazy and the best thing that ever happened to me was to lose it. Stop thinking. Thinking stops when we stop listening and the best way to stop listening is to tune into something in the body, anything.

I once saw a cartoon of a character in his house totally obsessed with getting everything in its place, perfectly. As he listened to the noisy chatter guide him, he micromanaged every detail, correcting anything that shifted in the slightest way. He finally exhaled, smiled a smile of satisfaction and walked out the front door when immediately a safe fell on his head and finished him off.

Are you busily buzzing about and trying to control your life? It’s not yours to control. Surrender to the great wisdom of Life ~ it’s got you.

Life knows what’s best for life.

Much Love and Blessings to You,
shellee

“Right in the middle of “falling apart” and “holding it together” is the secret place. Stay there. Explore there. It is here where you will find the rest you are longing for, the remedy to the exhaustion of becoming. It is here where the light and the dark are in union, where integration and disintegration emerge as one in love….”
